Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to the data you leave through the form on this site. In short: we use it to call you back, and we sell it to nobody.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Sposa Barocca, Wedding & Events Planning Agency, VAT 08228930965. For any request write to info@sposabarocca.it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your message, full name, email address, and optionally phone, approximate dates and the kind of service you are interested in.
The site uses no profiling cookies and carries no advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To reply to you and prepare a proposal. Nothing else. We send no unsolicited newsletters and we pass your data to no one for commercial purposes.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679).
Who else sees it
The message reaches our inbox through Resend, a transactional email provider acting as data processor. The data stays on servers within the European Union (region eu-west-1).
No other party receives your data.
For how long
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer and manage any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive it in a readable format, or to object to its processing. You can withdraw consent whenever you like: just write to us.
If you believe something is wrong, you may contact the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
If you don't provide it
The message, your name and your email are needed so we can reply: without them the form will not send. Phone and dates are optional and only help us arrive at the call prepared.
